  • Self Awareness

    One of the keys to Empowerment and Belief is through understanding yourself. This is something we aren't often taught and instead shaped into what society wants us to be instead. So during the 30 days we have a number of exercises to help the athlete's gain awareness about themselves, their strengths, what motivates and empowers them. 1 of the ways will be through completing our Athlete Style Profile which is a 6 page profile highlighting their strengths, motivations, best communication style and some key areas for growth. This will happen on Day 5 of your challenge.

  • Community

    You and your family will be part of a community of like minded empowered athlete's who are also making their mind a priority in order to reach their desired success doing what it is that they love. When we surround ourselves with likeminded and empowering people we rise higher.

  • Mental Wellness

    Your mental wellbeing as an athlete is equally important as your physical health. This course has been created to help Empower you to believe in yourself and see your potential, what is possible to achieve & especially right now. Making yourself a priority is a Superpower we all have and can use and we are here to show you how you can build Mental Wellness.
